so many eager hands raised —

And yes, write, and let go, and take care of yourself and your family.
I read your post on what makes a haiku (more than just the number of syllables per line), and realize I have much to learn. 🙂 I loved today’s haiku that you wrote, especially. Sending good thoughts to you and your family.

This poem reminds me of a classroom of eager students, but the way you describe letting the poems go reminds me of releasing paper cranes.
