The whole post is really compelling and full of very (to the power of ten) cute pictures of Sara, but here’s my favorite bit:
No matter how blocked or frustrated our minds are, our bodies know what we want to say.
They’re charged with it; they store every hurt and hope; and they literally are the instruments that produce our voices.
If that’s true, what’re we getting so freaked out about all the time?
I am really comforted by the fact that our job is just to listen…
