Wow, you guys.
Thanks so much for playing along as Sara and I amused ourselves this week! What a hoot.
As you exit the stadium, be sure to stop by Read Write Believe for a final wrap-up.
And don’t forget to stretch!!!
Go, Team!!

It was a lot of fun to read your joint work this week, Liz. I hope you had as much fun doing it as I did reading it. Even with my rampant skepticism about writing with one’s nasal passages (um, eww . . . but it was the first body part that came to mind (why??), and so I’m leaving it.).
“when you write the first thing that comes to mind”: I believe the term you’re looking for is “brain snot.” Hence, the nasal passages… 🙂
Oh, brain snot is nothing to be skeptical of, dear Kelly…
fun vicarious workout
well, i make a conscious effort to cultivate a manatee lifestyle, which means i abhor running and prefer more leisurely forms of movement, (and that i try to keep high levels of fat pride….)
but i still really enjoyed this week of posts and i think many of your metaphors were powerful and inspiring, regardless of whether or not i love strapping on ski boots or exercising vigorously.
for some of us, the mind-body connection is best nurtured by slow, winni-the-pooh-ish walks, but the connection is still vital. as always, twas great spending time with your lovely metaphors.

This is one of the funniest, dearest ever comments. Manatees and Winnie the Pooh. THANK YOU!!!!!!
