The Magic and Talented Marla

Marla Frazee (sometimes referred to — in moments of euphoric elation — as my own personal illustrator, not to mention a kindred spirit in the hair department) is interviewed today on Jama Rattigan’s Alphabet Soup.

She shares some terrific art, and lots of great photos, and even gives a nod to our upcoming collaboration.

Run — don’t walk — to check it out….

Yay! I read it, and it was great! And I’m so happy for the two of you…and your kindred hair. 🙂

    Hey, you.

I read the interview earlier and it gave a little thrill to see you name. 🙂

I can’t wait until your book comes out, Liz. Marla is an awesome illustrator and the combination of your writing and her artwork is going to be spectacular!

So weird! My son has been lamenting about how girls seem to rule in our family, so I got onto amazon.com and searched for cool books about boys. Found and ordered a book about two boys’ adventure at a nature camp and after reading your blog realized it’s by Marlee Frazee! Can’t wait until it arrives! Jen
